Hi, my name is David Ramanauskas.  I am a retired Lay Minister and author of the book -

Evidence for God. Prophecies, Miracles and The Power of God.

When I was a young man, I was an atheist, I didn't believe in God.

But by the age of twenty-one, I began having doubts that this beautiful planet Earth and all life within it could have possibly come into being by some freak of nature.

The scientists told us that beginning with absolutely nothing, no physical matter, no gasses, not even the smallest particle of anything known to humankind. Then given billions of years this nothing would Aberacadabera!  Suddenly became something, that given billions of more years evolved into the universe and planet Earth.  The scientists also told us that life came from non-living matter and simply evolved into all the forms of life we see today.

Some scientists want everyone to believe that everything started with a Big Bang from which everything evolved.  Some scientists refuse to believe that there was anything before the Big Bang, and even refuse to think or speak about the time before the Big Bang.

Also, the scientists tell us that this universe cannot exist forever. nor can any universe exist forever, they will all suffer heat death and die. Human life cannot hop from planet to planet, universe to universe forever.

Scientists don't know how or why human life exists and they don't know when it will end, only that it will end.

So, I began to think of the alternative.  What if there is a God of all creation?  What if there is a reason for human life on Earth?  What if human life does not come to an end at death, and there really is such a place as heaven or hell?

I came to the conclusion that if God did exist, then I was sure God would not have created us and then abandoned us.  I was sure if God existed, then God would have made sure He provided evidence, irrefutable evidence for His existence.  I also considered it reasonable, that if our time as humans on planet Earth was just the first part of what would become our eternal life in heaven.  Then I was sure God would have made sure to provide evidence of what God expected from humans here on Earth, and what we could expect for the life beyond physical death.

Nearly fifty years later at the age of seventy, I am happy to provide you with the amazing evidence for God and eternal life in heaven.

The evidence for God I provide in my book and this website is in two forms.  The first is the documentary evidence of 100 prophecies of God in the Christian Holy Bible. Prophecies that would have been impossible to have been added after the event, and are like the fingerprints of God running throughout the Bible.

I have presented these prophecies in a way that makes it easy for anyone to follow and do their own research, to prove they are genuine.

These prophecies not only prove that God does exist, but also prove the history of humankind has been unfolding according to the predetermined plan and purpose of God.

The second form of evidence I share in my book is the evidence of personal experience. Miracles of healing, including how to pray for healing for yourself and for others.  Communication with God, of how it is possible to learn to hear from God directly, through His angels, or through dreams and visions.  The personal experience of the power and presence of God.  How people's lives have been changed for the better, forever by God through Jesus Christ. 

This personal experience of the reality of God is not just for the chosen few, but is available for every Christian who wants to experience the power and presence of God in their life.

Two years ago the doctors diagnosed me with pancreatic cancer and my health went into a rapid decline.  It looked like I would have been dead within three months.

But, I am a minister of God and so I asked God if I was going to die.  God then told me three things.  1. I healed you before and I will heal you again.  2.  Now is the time to begin your ministry.  3.  God gave the scripture from Psalm 118:17. I shall not die, but live and declare the works of the Lord.

Because God told me He would heal me. I asked God to heal me without surgery, medical treatment or any kind of medicine. Two months later the surgeon phoned me, he was expecting to talk to me about the surgery I required.  Instead, he told me he had seen my latest blood tests and scans, and I was completely cancer-free.  He had no idea how or why I had recovered, as he expected me to have surgery or die.  But within three months of being diagnosed with cancer, I was back to full health.

But the ONLY reason God healed me was to give me a few more years to tell as many people as I can about the Evidence for God.  To tell them how they can experience the love, joy, peace, power and presence of God in their lives here on Earth.  Also to tell them what they must do to ensure they receive the gift of God of eternal life in heaven.  

Some people laugh and make jokes about God, Jesus Christ, heaven and hell.  But the prophecies that prove God exists and the history of humankind has been unfolding according to the predetermined plan of God.  Those same prophecies of God also prove the need to take seriously what God has revealed through Jesus Christ.  About our need to repent of our sins, so we can receive forgiveness from God through Jesus Christ.

The Gospel of Luke from the Christian Holy Bible.   You will read of Luke’s account of the good news of Jesus Christ. Of how God sent Jesus to die on the cross to open the way for everyone to enter the Kingdom of God here on earth and inherit eternal life in heaven.

   • Hell is portrayed as a place of torment for the unrepentant.

But, you might ask, why is Jesus Christ so important to the evidence for God, and of the power and presence of God in the world today?

In the Gospel of John from the Holy Bible, we read that John reveals that Jesus Christ (the only Son of God) was with God the Father of Creation, at the time of creation. Also, Jesus was not only with God, but all things (all of creation) that were made, both seen and unseen were made in and through Jesus Christ.

Then when Jesus came to earth, for those who believed and trusted in Jesus Christ (who were obedient to His teachings). Jesus gave the right for them to become the children of God.

The evidence of these things, is that Jesus Christ was and still is today, the fulfilment of the prophecies of God, and who He also gave the world the prophecies for the future. 

It is also through our relationship with God through Jesus Christ, that we can experience the love, joy, peace, power and presence of God at work in us and through us.

The Bible tells us that the most important commandment of God is that we should love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. But how can we love someone we don’t know?

Thankfully, to know Jesus Christ is to know God, and the more we learn about Jesus Christ and his love for us and His sacrifice on the cross for us. That Jesus died on the cross for us because he loves us, and so our sins can be forgiven and we can inherit eternal life. The more we learn about these things, the more grateful we are to God, and our gratitude turns to love.

As the Bible tells us. For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but inherit eternal life.

Famous Atheist Discovers Faith. This was the headline in the September 2024 edition of the Good News newspaper. A Christian newspaper which shares the Good News of Jesus Christ and many testimonies of people who have had their lives transformed by God through Jesus Christ, for the better – forever!

The article by Heather Tomlinson tells of Ayaan Hirisi Ali, a key player in New Atheism and a friend of Richard Dawkins.

In 2003, Ayaan who for years of publicly advocating atheism, began claiming the Judeo-Christian tradition is the only answer to the problems of the world. Ayaan now attends church every Sunday and is “finding it very beautiful and peaceful and rewarding”.

Ayaan, like author David Ramanauskas and perhaps millions of other Christians around the world, were not born believing in the reality of God. Many Christians come to faith in God through Jesus Christ as adults, who begin with doubts about atheism and looking for the truth, looking for the evidence for God. Then discovered the prophecies, miracles, and the power of God at work in their life. 

They discovered God through Jesus Christ who loves them, and who Christ Jesus died on the cross for them. They discovered the evidence for God, in the reality of God at work in their life, and their lives are transformed for the better, forever.

In the first chapter of this book – Scientific Evidence for God? I shared with you Darwin’s theory of evolution. And how physicists today even refuse to speak about the time before the Big Bang.

Of course, the reason they don’t want to talk about it is because it causes them problems, to most people it sounds illogical.

To say that once upon a time, absolutely nothing existed, and that nothing included anything that could cause something. Then to say, that for no reason and without any cause, there was a big bang which began the process of evolution. Well, it just sounds like a fairy story. 

Then to suggest that given billions of years this nothing, that suddenly became something slowly evolved into the universe, planet earth, all forms of life, including intelligent life, and the laws of maths and physics. That sounds illogical and impossible. 

Evolutionary scientists who laugh at the idea of an almighty God creating everything from nothing. They don’t seem to realise that to many people, it is far more reasonable to believe the universe and planet Earth were created by intelligent design.

Why should laws of maths and physics exist if there was no need for them? The more we understand about creation and all forms of life, the more we see the signs of intelligent design. Just like when we see a TV, a car or an aircraft, we know these things didn’t make themselves. They were designed with a plan and purpose, and reveal there was someone who both planned and created these things.

Through the Christian Holy Bible, God tells us that He has provided humankind with the evidence that He exists. 

First, through the evidence of His creation – the heavenly realms, angels, the universe, planet Earth and all forms of life. Because there are no other gods (anywhere) who could have created all these things.

Ever since God created the world, His invisible qualities, both His eternal power and His divine nature have been clearly seen. They are perceived in the things that God has made, so these people have no excuse at all! Romans 1:20 (GNB). 

Second, God has proved His existence through His prophecies. For no one could have given the prophecies except God who knows the end of times from the beginning of times.

9 Remember the former things of old:
for I am God, and there is no other.
I am God, and there is none like me.
10 I declare the end from the beginning,
and from ancient times things that are not yet done.
I say: My counsel will stand,
and I will do all that I please. Isaiah 46:9-10. C.700 BC.

You have read the prophecies of God and seen how they reveal the history of humankind from the beginning of time to the end of this age. Only God could have done this, and just as we know we can always trust in the prophecies and promises of God. We have every confidence we can trust and believe in God when He tells us that He created the universe and all forms of life. 

Here is what God has told us from the first pages of the Holy Bible, from Genesis 

1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was formless and empty. Darkness was on the surface of the deep and God’s Spirit was hovering over the surface of the waters. 3 God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw the light, and saw that it was good. God divided the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day”, and the darkness he called “night”. There was evening and there was morning, the first day. 

6 God said, “Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” 7God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so. 8 God called the expanse “sky”. There was evening and there was morning, a second day. 

9 God said, “Let the waters under the sky be gathered together to one place, and let the dry land appear;” and it was so.

10 God called the dry land “earth”, and the gathering together of the waters he called “seas”. God saw that it was good. 11 God said, “Let the earth yield grass, herbs yielding seeds, and fruit trees bearing fruit after their kind, with their seeds in it, on the earth;” and it was so. 12 The earth yielded grass, herbs yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit, with their seeds in it, after their kind; and God saw that it was good. 13 There was evening and there was morning, a third day. 14 God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs to mark seasons, days, and years; 15 and let them be for lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth;” and it was so. 16 God made the two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light to the earth, 18 and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. God saw that it was good. 19 There was evening and there was morning, a fourth day.

20 God said, “Let the waters abound with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of the sky.

21 God created the large sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed, after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind. God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.” 23 There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day. 

24 God said, “Let the earth produce living creatures after their kind, livestock, creeping things, and animals of the earth after their kind;” and it was so. 25 God made the animals of the earth after their kind, and the livestock after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind. God saw that it was good. 26 God said, “Let’s make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them. God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” 29 God said, “Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree, which bears fruit yielding seed. It will be your food. 30 To every animal of the earth, and to every bird of the sky, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food;” and it was so. 31 God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. There was evening and there was morning, a sixth day.

2. 1. The heavens, the earth, and all their vast array were finished. 2 On the seventh day God finished his work which he had done; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had done. 3 God blessed the seventh day, and made it holy, because he rested in it from all his work of creation which he had done. Genesis 1:1 – 2:3.

This beautiful planet Earth was not created by God just for Himself, nor just for humans. God created it to be enjoyed together, as we live in a Holy Communion and Holy Communication in the presence of God.

As Christians, our faith in God is not a blind faith, based upon wishful thinking. But a faith in God based upon the evidence for God.

This is the evidence for God.

The scientific evidence for God – for those who choose to read it.

The evidence through the prophecies of God.

The evidence of being able to communicate with God through our prayers.

The evidence for God speaking directly to us, or through His angels. Or through our dreams, and visions.

The evidence for God of miracles of healings in Jesus name.

The evidence for God of being able to experience the love, joy, peace, power and presence of God in our lives. 

This is the evidence for God.
